Eight Foods That You Never Should Allow Your Child To Eat


There comes a time when even the sworn bachelors find the love and get married. Then, they build up a a home, take a dog and begin to think about children. Well that is pretty much the American dream in which we all want to live. However, the reality usually isn't so simple. The life offers not only good things, but also bad or should I put it in this way: for all our dreams there is a price. We should understand before have a child or even a dog that we are carrying the responsibility for their well being. All our bad habits are reflected to the children. They look at us and learn in that way. That is why the parents role is so important. If you want your child to be healthy and happy the change must begin with you. You should teach them to not get so easily influenced by the environment because not always they picked up the bad things from us. Teaching them how to live right is our best gift. No money, fancy clothes or a car can replace that. I know that isn't easy and the television and adverts don't help us at all. The children look around and see all these things that are taken well by the society.

Here, I present to you a list with foods that you never should allow you child to eat:

"Grain" snacks

Do not be fooled by the word "grain". In most cases these foods are filled with lots of sugar and devoid of any valuable nutrients and fiber. Therefore, when choosing cereal for your child, always pay attention for the presence of sugar or any other name such as high fructose syrup. If you see similar ingredients, do not buy. It is enough to look for cereals which contain three or more grams of protein as well as fiber.


As we know sugars could be quite dangerous for ours child life. They are the reason for the overweight and the related to it diseases. So look for the right grain snacks or don't buy them at all. There are many healthier substitutes which you can use for breakfasts.

Hot dog

One of the kids favorite food. It is delicious indeed, but most of the harmful foods are. That is the reason why we overeat with them. Highly processed meats, such as sausages and frankfurters for example are an integral part in the children favorite hot dog. They contain nitrites which in their own turn are known to increase the risk of cancer. These "meats" lead to abnormalities in the cardiovascular system, and even diabetes. Not to mention the white bread which is also very harmful.

Ketchup

Unlike homemade tomato sauce most tapes of ketchup that are sold in stores are harmful, especially because of the high amount of different enhancers, artificial preservatives and stabilizers. In most cases, ketchup in a fast food restaurants, does not even contain tomatoes. It is full with starch, water, flavoring and coloring agents.



Sweet drinks

This includes all beverages without exception-from sparkling to natural fruit juices and punches. Especially popular lately among teenagers are energizing and sport drinks containing large amounts of sugar, caffeine and empty calories. Some fruit juices often contain even more sugar and flavorings then sparkling. The mixed in them felatanin and aspartame taken in large amounts can cause panic attacks and even manic depression. I think these are enough reasons never to allow your child to poison itself with such useless crap.

Lollipops, sugar and marshmallows

They are particularly harmful to the teeth since favors the development of caries and cavities in teeth. Hard and chewy candies are harmful to children as they lead to teeth's breakage.

As we mentioned before their overuse can lead to weight gain. This is one of the most important problems in our time. You can buy such foods but always try to find the right measure.


Packaged macaroni

Packaged pasta with herbs and other supplements are actually preserved and cooked spaghetti. They have more sodium than is recommended as a daily dose for children. These foods don't contain fiber and the essential nutrients. The alternative is to give your child the natural wholegrain pasta or spaghetti. They are made from durum wheat and characterized by its low glycemic index.


Fried foods

Fried foods contain many unnecessary and harmful fats which have a negative affect to the stomach. Their regular makes us fat and cause many diseases such as stomach gastritis, ulcers, reflux, colitis and others. Instead of fried foods or chips offer to your child cooked potatoes with olive oil. We should point out that these foods are carcinogenic and can cause cancer

Pate

Made by ground residues from the slaughterhouse-meat, hides, bones, etc. All this properly colored and flavored to be tasty and attractive. It contains fat: 50-70%. You probably guess what that means. The moment this "food" enters the body it begins to damage.


Pretzels and crackers

In general the content of harmful substances is not so much with the exception of one-salt. They have very high levels of salt. That leads to high blood pressure. With feeding on these products you can take over 10 times more salt than normal.


Perhaps most of you are aware of these foods and if so start to decrease the amount that your child eats. You can always find other healthier which can be as tasty as the ones I listed here. There is no need to stop them permanently. Make a plan so your child can grow up in a healthy way. The children are our joy and main purpose in life. Let's not disappoint them and prove us worthy as parents!

The Most Harmful Foods

"You are what you eat," says the famous saying. From the food that we eat, our health depends directly, as well as our mental state. Sentence is appropriate for our modern society. So let's begin to do it!

Specialists of the Institute of Ecohygiene and Toxicology, National Medical Academy to the Ukrainian Institute of healthy eating, and private medical centers, have compiled a list of the most dangerous products used by people.

Many of the foods on the list are often the cause of poisoning and severe allergic reactions, but they are completely safe for a healthy body. Doctors say it all depends on the dosage. Adoption of such food in small quantities is not so scary.

Crisps and fizzy drink 

Not once we have heard that chips is harmful. But why? Because chips is a mixture of carbohydrates and fats, enveloped by colors and artificial flavors. In making, the chips can form many carcinogens. Hydrogenated fats lead to increased cholesterol in the blood, increased risk of heart attack and stroke.

Sweet fizzy drinks are a mixture of sugar, chemicals and gases. They may also contain aspartame (E951), which is an artificial substitute for sugar. Felatanin contained in aspartame, changes the sensitivity threshold, and when used in large doses may develop manic depression, panic attacks, rage and violence.

But most importantly, carbonated drink with aspartame does not quench thirst. Saliva manages difficult to remove residual sweetener from the lining, so that after the use of the drink, remains the feeling that there is something on it. Aspartame is found in soluble vitamins that people drink to be healthier. When you buy a drink whose label says ,"sugar free", it probably contains aspartame. Thinking that you buy something diet, you're hurting yourself more.

Moreover, used as a preservative sodium benzoate (E211), inhibits enzymes, which leads to a distortion of metabolism and obesity.

Sausages


Things that we are most shopping and where there are more flavorings and colorings than meat. 

Here we must also mention that smoking meat and fish also can be harmful and carcinogenic.

Furthermore, manufacturers are increasingly moving to genetically modified material.


A single piece of bologna contain phenolic compounds as much as we breathe all year in the city. Phenol is highly toxic!

Fruit and vegetable products with preservatives

Even the most nutritious and natural products may be harmful if they are grown up near roads or factories. With vegetables in the body may fall substances which cause cancer. 

As to the preservatives, they can contain sodium glutamate. Poisoning with this substance leads to headaches, cramps and even disturbed metabolism.

Margarine, pastries and cereals

Margarine is among the most dangerous types of fat. All foods which contain it are harmful for the people. Our excessive love of saturated fat and sugar products virtually disturb metabolism and add extra pounds.

Grain products, particularly white bread often cause celiac disease. Symptoms fluctuate from bowel problems to diabetes and infertility.



Coffee and energy drinks, milk

Two or three cups a day, no more. So can afford an adult organism without risking exhaustion of the nervous system. Coffee speeds up the heart rate and can lead to palpitations and headache.

And with energy drinks is best not to cheat. By now scientists have not clarified their full squad. Moreover, in recent years, the recorded cases of death due to heart failure after consumption of such beverages are growing. 

Milk and bread can often be incompatible. Severe poisoning with milk protein can lead to death.

Home-canned food and ice cream

If you store the jars in all the rules - respect the dosage of the products and not neglect basic rules for food safety (proper sterilization brine) can eat without worry pickles and tomatoes. Otherwise, a person can become a victim of poisoning, mold and other bacteria.

The ice cream, in turn, contain flavoring and perfuming agents, which can slow metabolism. That, at least, may increase the risk of overweight.


Toffees, sweet candy

Contain large amounts of sugar, chemical additives, colorants, etc. In a word - no avail. These candies may cause gastritis and other diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, and various diseases of the teeth and gums

Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise is filled with unsaturated fats that are carcinogenic and cause further high cholesterol. You should not eat mayonnaise, especially plastic. Did you know that the acid separated from the plastic  is one of the most dangerous substances that enter unnoticed in our stomach. 

Mayonnaise contains a lot of preservatives and stabilizers. 

To the harmful food falls ketchup, sauces. They are filled with colors and flavors substitutes.

Fast food

These are pasta, sandwiches, burgers , or any food, including french fries , which are fried or have fried ingredients. The problem is that the preparation takes place in the same fat, which is not frequently changed. The result is also carcinogenic.

Eating it for years, leads to disturbances in digestion - colitis , gastritis , heartburn, constipation and more.

Another type of fast food - chips, cookies , nuts , chocolate candy bars , etc. ( a favorite food of children ) may also result in the years to various diseases and obesity.

Nutritionists around the world are convinced that nutrition determines the length and quality of life. A taste habits remain for life. So be sure to teach your child at an early age to a healthy and beneficial food, and not allow him to abuse chocolate and others mentioned in the list.

Foods That Can Make Us Sick



All processing of medical foods makes them harmful and dangerous to the human body. For example the unique to the human body potatoes ( fried and boiled ) are converted to dangerous for the health. Same goes for fruits, converted into fruit compote. Worst is that 70% of food is dangerous to our health.

We will mention some of the most frequently present at our table foods:



Sausages- delicious, but before you buy and eat them you should know that they put in them nitrates and other preservatives. These same nitrates eventually turn into nitrosamines, which are carcinogenic and cause cancer to the digestive system.

Pastry- candy and other treats do irreparable damage to the pancreas, leading to cancer or diabetes.

Chips- there is no worse poison for the body , especially for the children for several reasons:

- when frying this type of food, calories increase sharply

- fried hundred times in the same oil ,in it carcinogens have formed, and they can cause cancer

- to be permanent, they add preservatives and artificial flavors that are also carcinogenic

Sticks- the main cause of the most dangerous diseases ( heart attack, stroke, atherosclerosis ) is the large amount of salt we consume. The salt in 100 grams of dried, salted fish and sticks is more than twice the daily norm salt.

Prepared meals- just a small sandwich contains more salt than the daily norm!

American fast food chains are offering to kids small toys which attract them, but parents do not realize what a crime they carried out regarding the health of their own children.

Potatoes fried in oil, which is used hundreds of times:

- in these potatoes, they put dangerous amounts of salt

- they add mayonnaise and ketchup, which are harmful to health

- menu includes sweet and highly carbonated soft drinks

You can specify dozens of examples in terms of food glossy packaging, but I think these are sufficient to understand: The only way to live healthily to a ripe old age is eating healing foods in their natural appearance!
