The Easiest Weight Loss Plan


There are thousands of diets for fast, incremental and slow results. Some of them were created by dietitians, nutrition experts, doctors, fitness instructors, etc. Unfortunately, with most diets you suffer the "yo-yo" effect-after diet ends you quickly regain the lost weight. I present to you  an easy plan by which you will surely lose weight and not only that-you will keep your new figure in the future.


This plan is based on the following simple method-two days a week you have to go on a regimen of diet low in carbohydrates. In this way you'll get rid of abdominal fat faster than if you follow the diet seven days a week, and it will minimize the risk to develop diabetes.

That diet is not commercial and is recommended by British researchers. Several years ago, a team of British scientists began to apply this mode to help women with a higher than average risk of developing breast cancer to lose weight (obesity is a risk factor for developing this disease. Hormones in the body and insulin leptin associated with obesity may stimulate tumor development). Scientists decided to subject their patients on a low-calorie diet just two days a week and found that it works successfully: Women were declining, and the levels of leptin and insulin in their blood decreased.

The idea for these ladies was to reduce their caloric intake to 650 in the chosen two days. This was not so easy because they mean to starve for 48 hours. So the researchers devised another option-low carb in these two days and caloric intake to 1500. Throughout the rest of the week study participants could eat whatever they want as long as they do not overdo it.

Women who followed this plan lost an average of about 4 kg for 6 weeks. They were forbidden to consume in these two days the following foods: bread, cereal, pasta, baked goods such as crackers and pretzels,
pastries.

Here's a sample of two days restricted feeding:

Try to eat foods low in carbohydrates and avoid heavy pasta such as pizza, breads, cereals and pastries. You choose which two days of the week to follow the regime. They may not be consistent.

In low carb days you can receive no more than 50 grams of carbohydrates (from the slice of bread, for example). Focus on the vegetables (except potatoes), fruit (except grapes and bananas), dairy (not sweetened) and lean protein (eggs, fish, poultry).

Note that carbohydrates (about 15 g) are present even in the small apples, so do not overdo it with fruits!

Your menu for one of these days may be the following: omelet for breakfast, a green salad with grilled chicken for lunch, a piece of cheese and some almonds for an afternoon snack and salmon with a side of green beans or broccoli for dinner.

In the other five days of the week is better to avoid processed and packaged foods (ie. Junk food).

This diet is very suitable for women with busy schedules and hectic lifestyle who can not think what to eat every day.

How Stress Causes Obesity?

Thus to the rhythm of modern the life most people are exposed to daily stress. These are many and urgent tasks that must be done combined with the lack of break, bad habits, problems in the family, in society, in the workplace.

Stressful situation causes the body to produce large amounts of the hormone cortisol. Its normal function is to prepare the body to respond: to fight or flee. For this purpose, it affects the cardiovascular system and increases heart rate, raises blood pressure, redistributes blood bloodstream as direct it to the appropriate organs and systems. One of its main functions is to provide energy sources such as glucose to supply the cells with fully accessible and fast fuel. Cortisol does that by  breaking down  the amino acids which are the essential element of muscle proteins. His assistant is the increased adrenaline during stress situations.  It helps break down liver glycogen into glucose.

Adaptive stress response is a necessity for survival and coping with life's difficulties. However, prolonged stress chronically elevated levels of cortisol. And, the consequence is a fast depletion of glucose, which serves as a signal for the body to quickly fill it. Cortisol causes an increase in appetite and desire immediately and in larger quantities to accept food, mainly sweet and oily. On the other hand, support the accumulation of fat in the cells, with consequent obesity, decreased muscle mass, impedes the functioning of the memory.

Stress has and a purely psychological aspects. When under constant stress you are feeling exhausted, depressed, angry with life, unhappy and lonely. The food is affordable and quick source of happiness. Many people experience their life problems along with the refrigerator. Interestingly, we overeat when we are happy and unhappy. However, stressful life situations aren't few and more people fall under their action. Instead of thinking about the causes of their failures and find ways to solve their problems, the easiest and quickest way for some people to feel better is to eat another piece of cake, fifth-order sandwich or two or three orders of fries. This fleeting pleasure soon is replaced by guilt, self-loathing, bitterness and depression. Of course "the best way" to get out of the depressive state is to eat something delicious. And, so we fall into the vicious cycle of overeating and uncontrolled weight gain. Overeating becomes a universal way to escape from real life, from stressful situations and creates the illusion of inner being, saved from loneliness and sad thoughts. When you realize that overeating does not solve any problems, but creates a new person, you have already fallen depending on the food. This creates even more stress. In some cases overeating is used to reduce the stress on the fact that she or he eats a lot and gains weight.

Constant stress insidiously drives us to obesity in some other way too. It increases the synthesis of neuropeptide Y in the brain. Furthermore, it is one of the most potent stimulator of appetite, which stimulates the formation of additional blood vessels in adipose tissue and increases the number and size of fat cells. So it creates conditions for increased fat deposits in the body. This leads to even more additional stress multiplied by the numerous diets, which these people are on.

Described situation accompanies many people in their daily lives. The solution is to find the strength to break this vicious circle. This is not quick or effortless. Requires changes in thinking and a genuine desire to do something for yourself.

Five Reasons For Aging

Smoking is one of the most common causes of aging in men and women. Of course, it is not the only one and in this article I will point out a few other things that make us look older and weary.



The first reason, which we will examine is the excessive consumption of sugar and sweets. Often the last are responsible for obesity and other health problems. No argue about that they are delicious and wanted, but it is advisable to abstain yourself.

Secondly we mention alcohol which poses great dangers. Moderate its use to protect yourself from medical conditions, but if you like the cup, note its negative effects on the liver, intestines and other organs. Dependence on alcohol can lead to death or permanent disabilities. Systematic drinking alcohol slows your reflexes, reduces your efficiency and ages the skin.

The third factor for early aging is immobilization. That is why we advise you to be walking around in the fresh air, exercise and be active. Remember that under walk you should understand walking rather than driving a car or other vehicle. Perhaps exception is bicycle because it is beneficial to your health.

For the fourth cause of aging will point the negative stress. Depressions reflect negatively on both your psyche and body. In the presence of stress refer to the appropriate specialist and as soon as possible try to get out of it.

Fifth position, but not least will qualify drugs. There are various preparations that can affect extremely poor not only on your appearance, but also your psyche. Dispose of these drugs and live your life easy!
